I think it is clear that 125 cannot be reliably ranked anywhere in the top 20 this year. But, Jax Forrest is special. He has been nationally known since he was at least an 8th grader. Every program in the country has to go after this kid. He tweets things like “anybody know of a college open I can enter this weekend?” Not many 15 or 16 year olds have that kind of drive. Hopefully, we have some sort of chance to get him. Keeping Fix in Stillwater may be essential.

Stillwater would be a very good training environment for Forrest. He'd have Fix, Sakamoto, Hughes & Coleman all around his freestyle weight. Heil is more of a folkstyler, but he would be a good training partner too. Plus McComas, Jamison, Young, etc.

That said, Forrest was recently asked who is the toughest guy he's ever wrestled and he answered RBY. Apparently he trains at the NLWC quite a bit. Wasn't thrilled to hear that.

That’s how bad flo rankings are. Spratly has beat the kid this year also in the dual
The way 125 has been he's got wins over Barnett,Flynn, Ungar and Sotelo who beat Noto his only loss was to Spratley before Jax. Stanich used his 5th date today so he's still technically in redshirt. Intermat has him #2 with Ramos #1
