Ever wonder what the top of Everest looks like?

Everest is littered with trash and human feces from the countless expeditions. That and the over 200 dead bodies on the mountain. Some are so well known that they are markers as far as path and distance to the summit. Plenty of interesting/disturbing Everest photos out there if that's your type of thing..
Wonder if D-6 (tMB) will attempt it again. Don't think he has said. His stories about his attempts and the mountain are very interesting.
Reading an article about Mt Blanc in France. Environmentalist trying to reduce the amount of people climbing because of trash, feces, and urine. When it melts it’s running down the sides of the mountain down to the valleys. Never really thought about that until your post. I guess humans are pigs...but there’s nowhere else to do that. They even took porta potties up there to reduce the impact.
