Looks like all eastern teams back in action this week. Some with two games starting today. Game of the week in our conference will be:
East Carteret @ SWO
The Mariners weather one strom only to face a Cat. 5 team for their second conference game. They have to finish a game with Croatan tonight that was called first half Friday for lightning. They were behind in that one.
SWO has been practicing since Friday and will be locked and loaded. The abandon ship call will be made in the first half. Man the life boats, shes goin down fast and hard.
The only good thing for EC is the Woodshed has storm damage and will be closed Friday night. Expect the Stallions to take a commanding lead then run in the subs for the finish. SWO will open up with a Broadside of runs and take down their masts and sails. Marine Snipers will be on the yard arms and pick off their passes. The boarding party will storm the lines. We might avoid a running clock "IF" SWO just wants some playing time to fine tune.
