I think they need to change that title a bit. Maybe add "solicitation" in there somewhere.

If this guy wasn't married ........I don't see what the big deal is. I don't think prostitution should be a crime......a women should be able to do what she wants as long as it's not hurting someone or ending a life.

But it is illegal. Not sure we should give elected officials a pass. Maybe he should use this as a springboard to legalizing prostitution in WV. (I'm all for it.)

Odd that relationship status would factor into the legality though.

The relationship factor is an issue with me.....I believe in honoring a vow........otherwise go for it. I don't think it would have a bearing on the legality of a law.
