Does the former Bridge to Nowhere qualify?
I remember doing some drainage designs on Three Rivers Stadium at our Michael Baker, Harrisburg office and remember talk of the Fort Duquesne Bridge, spanning the Allegheny River as being the "Bridge to Knowhere", yes it counts, it supports the roadway system.

When I was 19 and after I graduated basic training and tech school, my first duty station was Elmendorf AFB in Anchorage Alaska. After I did my recruiters assistance, I drove from Delta PA to Rapid City SD (was dating a girl that got stationed ant Ellsworth AFB), turned N through ND, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and hit the ALCAN highway in Dawson Creek BC, then through the Yukon Territory into Alaska, before ending in Anchorage AK. 23 years later and I can still remember it like it was yesterday.
Tell me it wasn’t winter.

I’d like to drive the Carratera Austral in Chile all the way down to Villa O’Higgins. You pass about 6 national parks in that long stretch of Patagonia

Another dream road is the Gibb River Road in Western Australia

The Road to the Sun in Glacier National Park.
Going to the Sun Road was closed when I was there unfortunately. We did drive the Beartooth Highway a couple times while visiting Yellowstone and that was pretty incredible.

The trip to Cabot Trail was amazing. We did 3100 miles in 11 days - we took one day off to relax at a resort in Prince Edward Island. The scenery and the people are amazing.
My next big trip (in a car😎) is Monterey car week 2027 solo

We have an account in Oxnard, CA. Next appointment cancelled, so we drove down the Pacific Coast Highway to have a little fun. Saw a sign for Mulholland Highway and decided to see where it went. Crazy road. Hairpin turns, 100 foot ledges, huge elevation changes..... Man, you are out in some serious terrain. Great ride. Hard to believe you are so close to LA. Ended up in Calabasas where we hopped back on the 101 to get to the hotel.

If I ever do it again, will turn onto Mulholland Drive and ride that out to see some serious real estate.

And you didn’t stop at the Sagebrush Cantina in Calabasas?
