Looks like they were taping him back up, but don't recall seeing him back in action. Hope he's OK.

With a somewhat easy game or two coming up, with a bye week too, I say let him sit out and let it heal for a couple weeks so he is ready for Wisconsin!

It kind of feels good as a fan to be able to think that a couple games are gimme's again :) Hopefully they are!

A gimme win for Nebraska or for anybody in our league?

Illinois, Indiana, and Purdue are not having breakout years. We look good, not great, but good.

Even with 2 goal-line fumbles, we win by 11 against Northwestern. No where near my overconfident prediction of 50+ to 6.

If any teams on our schedule are anywhere close to a gimme, it would be some of the next few games.

I guess I feel more confident than others that this team is responding well by making stops and scoring when absolutely needed. Last year, that was not the case.

This is a much improved team. This is not last year's team. Even though we have yet to face a really good team, the next 3 games are no different.

Sans injuries to key players (T.A.), we have a great shot at being undefeated when we play Wisconsin.

While we as fans are calling it a gimme, I sure hope the players are looking at it as revenge. We already settled up with NW. Next we settle up verse Illinois.

While I would normally agree with you, I think Nebraska's offense will be almost impossible for teams like Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, and Minnesota to defend in 2016.

Defending a team that can rush for 300 yards or throw for 300 yards in any given game is terrifying. Making matters worse for opposing DC's, is the fact Nebraska's skill personnel makes all that possible.

Blackshirts are better than a year ago, but still have a ways to go.
