Wow were those fast break points great to see last night. Really felt like a long lost friend along with the steals, tie ups, and picking off passes leading to points at the other end.

Thought that myself! Took the words right out of my mouth.
I’m not a coach, but it seems to me CCM had a plan all along how he wanted to bring the freshman along. When they were ready, he pushed the older guys into another mode. They were meshing last night. Still some silly shots and TOs but that happens with mix of new & old.
Yeah, I’m a little puzzled about that. It seemed up till today, our team was hesitant to push the ball up the court. Does DJ at PG just change that whole mindset?
Having Johnson with that wingspan and just extra gear might have been the catalyst. He's a little easier to hit on the outlet pass than our other guards.
