Yes. Impressionism defines art, imo.

The 12-y/o me will always be a sucker for Escher. Still have some cheap, framed prints somewhere.

The 45-y/o me likes the way the softness of Renoir's landscapes make me feel almost dizzy if I stare deep enough. Like drugs used to.

I got this above my bookshelf, and my parents own two original Peter Max paintings.

Totally awesome. Surrealism rocks!

I grew up with Peter Max and fondly remember his late-60s and early-70s works. Hang on to those paintings, as they may turn into nice investments.
