Not in Kentucky, but the chain BBQ place in Texas gets my vote. Rudy’s. A brisket and egg taco in the AM really sets a nice foundation in your stomach for the rest of the day!

For downtown Louisville folks, Daisy's Breakfast Tacos are pretty darn good, especially the chorizo option. Corner of First and Main, look for the 3 wheeled bicycle taco cart. She's on FB.

i saw her downtown when i worked down there everyday. But I was always in a hurry and just went right on by. Maybe on Monday I’ll get up early and check it out

One for $4, two for $7. Get the creamy tomatillo avocado salsa if you like heat. Can't buy them daily but once a week is a nice treat. I don't think she gets to the corner before 8 though.
