Thick slice of bologna straight off the roll at a mom and pop country store. Team the bologna with a slice of extra sharp colby cheese. Slather about a tablespoon of Hellmans or Kraft mayo. Finally, a slice of a warm freshly picked/ slightly washed tomato.

Onion, salt & pepper and Miracle Whip. The latter gets ran around here, but the twang of the whip is the key, imo..

I'm one myself... but you're right. You can admit to a lot of things on The Paddock but not to being a Miracle Whipper. They just won't stand for that.

Sandwiches need to be easy. I shouldn't have to use more than 1 pot/pan to make a sandwich. Some of these new recipes, even in something simple like Men's Health are ridiculous.

Wheat bread, Turkey/chicken breast, ham, american cheese, buffalo sauce. With milk. It's just one of those things I've been eating for 5 years now and it never gets old.

I am a Miracle Whip fan. Mayonnaise is the only food more white trash than a corndog.

Piece of beef sirloin from the grill cut to fit a King's Hawaiian roll.
Garden fresh heirloom tomato and leaf lettuce.
Smear of pimiento cheese.
