Ikura- raw salmon roe with a raw quail egg cracked over it.

Sashimi - thinly sliced salmon, tuna, whitefish, yellow tail, spicy albacore etc. with cold Sapporo, Kirin Ichibon or Asahi.
Lobster- claw meat in newburg sauce (butter, shallots, cream, paprika, nutmeg, egg yolk and sherry).

Shrimp, catfish, cod, oysters, NE clam chowder, crab legs.
Used to hate lobster, but since moving up to the Northeast, have developed quite a taste for it.

Fresh raw oysters. Drop of Tabasco and a bite of cracker. With an ice cold draft beer, it's practically perfect.
