We are being invaded. They are taking over. Pretty soon they will over take this thread and take control. They are powerful and will do it like a thief in the night. The border fence is down and they are coming across in droves. Are we going to be able to take a firm stand and hold them back. Inch by inch, step by step they come. We must unite in defending our nation. They are subtle in their ways and can be deceiving and cunning. Stay at arms length. Let's stand tall and firm in defending ourselves against this invading enemy. We have the power and big guns to do it. OFC

Well you clearly have lost any credibility you had, by referring to who you think are the "cast of idiots". You've now lumped me, and it was either you and/or someone else that lumped GSD in too, with the crowd that we clearly also have issue with. I just want to note that so that any other visiting fans can proceed by completely disregarding anything you have to say in regards to that board since you clearly don't know what you're talking about

Lol. I get tingly when you guys use that word. Unfortunately you only used it once, not 15 times in the same discussion like a certain other guy I know ;)

I lost all credibility because YOU don't like what I said?? Lol. Sorry the truth hurts, big guy. You REALLY don't see what a bunch of loons there are over at THR?? Come on...

I went to their ootb board and two of their mods said that the free boards on Rivals are in danger of being closed due to uncivil posting of the unwashed masses.Have any of our Mods heard anything about this

I have not heard this. I don't know if that is a wise decision by Rivals/Yahoo if true. They would lose a ton of traffic.

Wouldn't surprise me with Yahoo because I used to play several different games on yahoo 10+ years ago like Texas Holdem, pool and other games but they shutdown the games section completely.

@gunslingerdick I tagged you! At least give me some credit!! Btw are you the guy who inherited millions or is that @Spaceytoyz ? I always enjoyed those posts :p

Must have been Spaceytoyz. Because if I had my own millions, I wouldn't need to bet Louigi's annual salary.

BTW, @timo0402, Louigi is definitely in wealth management. I told you I would get back to you on that and I didn't want to keep you waiting as I know you were super-interested. Just wanted to follow up.

And will some of you stop being so civil (Denn, dukiejay, pisgah)? I'm trying to be a dick and y'all aren't making it any easier for me.

Over at THR mike bans people at the very first whisper of anything even remotely against the agenda over there. It is beyond ridiculous. Little THR cult.

I don’t have any inside information, but I think they were talking specifically about the UNC free boards. Obviously some of the mods weren’t happy about what went on in that radar thread yesterday.

Then mods should be banning UNC posters with the same fervor that they ban Duke posters. That will solve the issue really quick.

I don't think Mike is as quick to ban as he has been in the past. Certain things are more important to him now than ever before.

I understand what you are talking about and mike's health concerns. If it isn't him then I'm sure the others are picking up where he left off.

Another from Archer talking about Duke of course. What a miserable A hole:

"With that many future NBA 1st rounders and possibly lottery picks, anything less than a title will be a failure. I could coach that team to the final four."

If he defined exactly what final four he could coach them to, perhaps there would be accuracy in that statement

Aside from injuries, if we don't get to the final 4 next year with that team, wouldn't you say it was a failure? That's a boatload of pressure and expectation, but I'd rather have that than a team we know has zero chance.

Now they are counting up UNC players who win NBA rings and consider that a UNC accomplishment. For instance take Harrison Barnes off the Warriors and I'm quite certain they still win 70+ games and an NBA championship this year. Forget winning college titles it's all about regular season conference titles and role players winning rings at the next level. Pop the bubbly

DSouthr dreaming yet again. Bless their little Tar Hole hearts. They honestly believe they have a very good shot at landing Knox, Carter and Bamba. Ummm....sorry, fellas but me thinks you will be VERY disappointed...

Forgot to post DSouthr's comment...

"2 interesting things concerning Knox, first looks like he is wanting to play the wing more so than the 4, K is pitching him either as a stretch 4 or wing coming in with another power forward.

Looks like he will be a late commit, wants to play his high school final season uncommitted. I personally think him committing late helps us, gives him time to see if Justin is able to leave after his Jr season and gives him time to see who else we bring in."

Yeah, he will wait just to see what your 3 year nobody is gonna do. Lol.

With that statement maybe he could have coached this years tar heel team the national title. Talk about a loaded ,talented and experienced team I still don't understand how they lost it. OFC

He is actually pretty good and should rise in the rankings as we go forward. He may not be a top 25 guy but he is not chopped liver either. JMO.

according to 247, he also has offers from Miami, St.Joseph's, Stanford, Penn State, and quite a few mid-majors. He appears to be a recruit trending upwards; I can't say how good he's going to be, but there are decent schools with interest in him.

I'm looking at his stats on maxpreps, and they look extremely ho-hum. 12 ppg, 5 reb, 2 ast, 37% on 3-pointers. Maybe the competition is really good? I don't know, but those stats aren't going to blow anyone away - especially if he's considered to be a spot-up shooter.

Its amazing isnt't it? Jenkins shot kept them from scratching the "7 year itch," and they start reaching again!!

Don't forget about good ol JMM...I've seen them bragging about him winning a ring with the Warriors last season and they'll n doubt be bragging about him winning a ring with them this year if they go on to win the championship even though he's done nothing but ride the bench this season like he did last season.

LOL, DoucheSouthr the great prognosticator. Gary-7 better watch out or DoucheSouthr may overtake him as the biggest idiot over at THR. 1-4 on that one, I say 0-3 on Knox,Carter, and Bamba.
