1."Seinfeld" - This is, in my humble opinion, the most perfect and complete comedy series of all-time. The pair of Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David has to be one of the greatest comedy writing duos ever.
2. "Cheers"
3. "The Simpsons" - Seasons 2 to 12 of this show were absolute comedy gold.
4. "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" - this show is sky-rocketing up my list. Very funny show with interesting characters and great writing.
5. "King of the Hill" - This was consistently one of the funniest shows on TV and then they cancelled it just for the freaking "Cleveland Show"???
6. "Saturday Night Live" - not anymore as much, but the period of time between 1990-1997 was brilliant.
7. "That 70's Show"
8. "Modern Family"
9. "Family Guy"
10. "The Big Bang Theory"
I don't think it's a coincidence that 5 of the shows on my list are FOX-TV shows. I think that Fox has always been on the cutting edge of comedy television. Shows like "Married...With Children", "In Living Color", "Herman's Head", "The Ben Stiller Show", "Parker Lewis Can't Lose", "Martin", "Futurama", "The Bernie Mac Show", "American Dad", and "The Last Man on Earth" are all Fox-TV comedies that could grace someone's top-10.
