I play a lot of video games but never really watched many streamers. Any suggestions on some to watch? I guess the game doesn't necessarily matter, though I do mostly play BR games.

I understood "I play alot of video games..." Nothing beyond that, soooo, can't help you.
Why give yourself another distraction? Just enjoy video games, there's really nothing to gain from watching someone else play. Because once you're in, it's hard to get out.

Dr. Disrespect and CDNthe3rd are the best from an entertainment perspective.
Really depends on the games you care about. Twitch is full of child Fortnite streamers now but some of the older streamers like Shroud, Summit1G, Lirik are still going strong.
Chocotaco is a great PUBG streamer.

There's a guy named Kitboga on Twitch. He calls into (mostly) Indian scam call centers and tries to waste as much of their time as possible acting like a clueless victim. Uses voice changers and VMs to let them think they are actually in control of his real PC. Reveals are pretty entertaining.
