FC: Can someone explain this?

The Buckeye saw that Drew was sweating and thought he'd be nice and throw him a towel. Big 10 Brotherhood kind of thing.
The officials decided beforehand they were going to be very lenient with regards to pass interference and hot potato.
What happens if the ball is hiked right when the towel is thrown? PSU had a guy in motion - no penalty for this?
I say send our players out with batteries in hand next time we play tOSU. Precedence has been set.
Well in reality the Ohio State player entered the neutral zone to grab the towel. Should have been offsides, and,, if not, why didn’t the linesman intervene there?
I don't think it would be offsides unless he was still in the neutral zone when the ball was snapped or if his motion in the neutral zone caused the OL to move.
I was surprised the ref didn’t step in to reset the clock
Saw it as well and can't believe there wasn't a penalty. What if the ball was snapped the same time the towel arrived?
Didn't realize it was ok to throw things at the opposing QB while he's calling plays.
