Very nice email, but noticed the student who wrote it said, 'I'm a fourth year student,' when describing her academic standing.

I got the Smeal annual report magazine in the mail. First several pages were about diversity, equity, and inclusion. Lots of student photos but not many white males. That seems to be the way of the world right now.

It's just so tough for you guys right now. I really don't know how you manage to survive, what with the world against you all the time. In these trying times, you must remember to be strong.....and as always.....
