Yeah, this has been popping up in my feeds in several places. It is so important that this guy does the video while driving or riding in car. Me thinks there is some money behind this dude pushing to smear Franklin to get him ousted because he can't beat O$U and scUM. (Taking my tinfoil hat off now....)

Reading the stuff from the prior lawsuit, how did it not blow up into a 24/7 national story? In this day and age, how did Franklin survive it? Is there a side of it that is not covered in the article?
The prior lawsuit was somewhat of a national story when it broke. If I recall correctly, the judge hearing the original lawsuit dropped CJF from the lawsuit, so that also diminished how much the national press cared about the lawsuit when it eventually ran its course.
Now that you mention it, I remember Franklin being removed from the lawsuit. I’m no legal beagle, but I’m surprised that he was removed from the lawsuit when I read the damning stuff in that article. Also, given what we went through in 2011-2012, I’m also surprised that the media didn’t put immense pressure on PSU to FIRE. FRANKLIN.
.On the other hand, I read that stuff in the article and found myself thinking that it doesn’t sound like Franklin.
