Hate to say it but Radakovich is correct
A cap would be an attempt to create parity--has that ever existed in college football? Should it?

With a $50 million football payroll most, if not all, athletic departments are under water. Something has gotta give.

Consider ACC does not share revenue equally so Miami took their extra bowl/playoff cash and used it to poach Duke’s QB.

Do they have to go to class or take classes? Did he take a class or 12 credits actually in the fall!! ??? Did they follow up thier question.
FBS only requires 6 credits for eligibility/24 credits in a year but many only take 6 during the season.

This is madness!
Shame to see Radakovitch involved in this "effort".

He has, IMO, largely been a very effective and successful AD throughout his tenures (BTW, a western PA guy - I think he is the kid of the Radakovitch who was the long-time AC under Chuck Noll)

This is such a crazily out-of-whack take - essentially stumping for a full blown race to destruction for the industry as a whole, and he wants to turbocharge the effort. It would be akin to taking a 14 year old who has never been behind the wheel of a car, giving the keys to a Porsche (The Rick can pick the model :) ) , placing it on an icy mountain road, and saying "grip it, rip it, and floor it. kid".

You already have blue blood programs taking on water. And maybe, at best, if things continue down this path maybe 40 or so programs that will survive to the next generation (hopefully, an adult or two will enter the room and inject some sanity - but right now it ain't looking good)

Most are already underwater - there are only a handful of Athletic Departments that operate in the black. Well over 90% are already operating in the red including the vast majority of the b1g.
