I've seen Labyrinth way too many times. First as a kid, then with my kids, now with the grandkids. It holds up well over time and I hope it's never remade (although it ultimately will as Hollywood currently sucks!).

Oh, my father’s brother was a Jesuit priest who taught the writer Pat Jordan at Fairfield University back in the early sixties. Jordan wrote a story that became the movie All the Right Moves and the coach in the movie ended up being named after my uncle. When my uncle heard that I’d seen the movie he asked me what I thought of it. Me: “You had a beautiful wife in the movie.” He didn’t think it was funny, at all.
