FC/OT: Preferred method of Sunday afternoon golf watching?

I don’t usually watch golf but it’s the perfect backdrop for a tasty adult beverage and couch nap. Sort of let it lull me in and out of an afternoon siesta. How do you guys watch? Like - very seriously? Or more chill? While scrolling through pics of Paige Spiranac?
Paige is the best. She would make an excellent weather girl.
I prefer exercise in the morning, a hot shower, then a nap on the couch watching golf.
MLB is a lot better now with the pitch clock.
I say the same thing when it comes to soccer or auto racing

So when I get home after work I turn on golf to about volume 20, eat then when I Get sleepy I turn it down to 7 and everyone in house knows to be quiet, did the same thing with notre dame football yesterday.
