Stetson Bennett is older than five of the starting quarterbacks who led their teams to the NFL playoffs this season. Jalen Hurts, Brock Purdy, Justin Herbert, Trevor Lawrence and Tua Tagovailoa are all younger than the 25-year-old Bennett. Not unprecedented. If I remember correctly, Billy Sims was a 25 year-old rookie in the day. I'm sure there are many others.

Billy Sims? He was born in 1955 and was the first pick in the 1980 draft. He was either 24/25 when the season started (Billy was born in September so it depended on when the first game was)
He’s only a year younger than Josh Allen, who has been in the NFL for 5 seasons.
Sean Clifford is also a month older than 3-year NFL vet Jalen Hurts. It happens. Especially with the 6th Covid year of eligibility.

Could a person who played in the NBA summer league or G league decide to go back to college at age 24 and play D1 basketball? Maybe for a P5 school with NIL money?
Stetson is a very accurate passer but is shorter and older than desired by most NFL coaches. Curious what happens with him in NFL-some starters are awful and their backups of course are worse-so see what happens if he pursues NFL career. Obviously, he will NOT have the Ga talent playing with him

I wouldn't underestimate this guy. He is a gamer. I believe he can make an NFL roster.
Perhaps it would longer term but he can make a roster and remain a back up for five or six years.
