6A CG is undefeated but really haven't played any tough competition. 8A NC is 6-2 against some pretty tough teams. Sounds to be closely matched but the edge probably goes to NC. Some games you just pick a winner but it doesn't have to be categorized as an upset either way the result falls.
I say St Laurence ends the year strong with an upset of DeLaSalle (34-30) to knock them out of the IHSA playoffs - the Meteors will still have 5 wins but weak playoff points

I don't believe it would be that much of an upset. It's suppose to be rainy and windy which will bode well for PC's run offense and not for LA's spread option. I do not believe that Noah Jones is back yet. This is really unfortunate as he is a game changer and has several D-1 offers. He has not played a game yet this season. Watch out for Armoni Dixon (D-1 outside linebacker - 6'4 230 and very athletic) he is now playing some TE.

Yeah my reasoning is this: NC beat NN 35-7 and 56-20. NN beat Huntley. Huntley beat PR and was competitive with CG. So NC over CG is not an upset.
Feeto: Last year you picked Marmion over Montini and were right. You have a great run last year with your picks. Here's hoping you are right this year with Montini over BR, however your picks this year have been dismal at best. St. Montini could be the difference in this game at Montini. Think I'll say a prayer to him on my way to the game and I'm not kidding as we can use all the help we can get.
