My son used them while in Marines. He came home thick and incredibly strong. Another "don't ask, don't tell" issue there, but I digress.

As far as I know he has never been arrested over strangling a pregnant girl.

Like alcohol and marijuana, is much more the person than the substance.
Agreed. This guy is a criminal. He's fled from law enforcement multiple times. He's violent and never ever should have been brought into our state to play a sport. That's something that gets lost in all of this. If this thug had killed a family of four while driving 140 mph would the athletic department had been liable? I doubt it but there has to be some sort of institutional control that prevents a known criminal from being recruited to an athletic program.

Technically, he was never convicted of a crime.
Secondly, it would be next to impossible for the university to be held liable. Has the University of Georgia been held liable for any of the damages their athletes have caused? (They've actually killed someone)

In hindsight, it was a very risky move by Manning. These guys preach doing the right thing and this clearly wasn’t that.

These coaches are just like anyone else...most of the **** they say is just that...****.

Doesn't make the coach a bad person...it just makes him a regular person.

They have been liable . In the car accident in Question the Wife of the staffer that was in the accident reached a settlement with the UGA athletic association.
