This game is def bringing that Gonzaga game Into perspective though. Anyone who felt like we were likely to lose that game on the road has to feel a little better seeing that it was just as much about Baylor being mediocre than it was Gonzaga being dominant

Cal was a good culture fit and then became a crappy coach.

Amen! Of course, we all know CCC cannot coach.
Baylor looks like a carbon copy of COW’s last 5 UK teams. Loaded with talent but no offense. All one-on-one, no cutting, setting picks or any semblance of team play. Very, very happy with “our” coach.

I'm rooting for Rick.. even before he made his pseudo return to the BBN the last few months. I think he might be the best college coach we've seen in modern day basketball, and pretty much everywhere he went, whether it was UK, UofL, Greece, Iona.. he did well. And I'd say the trend continues at SJU. If not the best Xs and Os coach, one of for sure. He's the epitome of "doing more with less".

Did he leave UK the right way? No, he didnt. Is he a model citizen? Probably not. But in no way do I believe guys like Coach K or Bill Self are any better of people.. they're just better at not getting caught.

Idk, I'm a fan.
