Future playoffs should consist of the top 4 teams in the SEC all getting byes and then the the other 8 playing for the right to get beat by them in the next round

He could at least had the decency to rate Tennessee ahead of them..

So Heupel should have South Carolina ahead of his squad since they literally went in dry on them, correct?

You really need to consider the Alabama Tennessee game. It took a missed Alabama field goal and 20 penalties for approximately 200 yards for Tennessee to squeak out a victory. Saban knows his team was better and rated accordingly.
