I know there is still a lot of basketball to be played and lots can change but are there any teams that you feel confident saying have a great chance to make it to the Final Four? There's not any that I would wager a lot of money on at this point. A couple weeks ago I would have probably said UNCheat but after their past 3 games I don't know.

I know we have high hopes but how much money could I get you guys to wager on Duke making it? :) This tournament will be wide open I will say that.

No one is finishing this season strong right now. MSU will be there IMO as will Kansas.

Iowa's performance in the B1G tourney will say a lot about if they are for real and I think you have to watch Xavier to understand how good they actually are.

Oregon is also playing high level ball right now.

This will be the year of who is hot, not who is best.

OU looks really solid. They key will be in the NCAAT will they withstand a of night by heild or w/e his name is. If they can pick up the slack in such instances, they should be a FF team without question.

I think Kansas might have the most talent in the country, and great depth. Whether all the pieces fit in the right way at the right time will remain to be seen.

To echo someone else's sentiment, week before last I would have counted UNC as a shoe-in. Now I'm not so sure. Lulls happen during the season, but a championship-caliber team doesn't want to see this type of uninspired play over a several-game stretch in mid-February. I just don't know if this team has the toughness to win six straight battles, 4 or 5 of which will be against quality teams. They are an experienced and talented group, but if they were really that good some of those older guys would be getting paid by now.

OU has the best player in the country, but for them to win it all he is going to have to be great six games in a row (or at least five). I could see a Final Four run, but not a banner.

Never bet against Izzo, and always bet against Jay Wright (who I like, but can't seem to get over the hump).

Quite surprised people all over MSU, understand Izzos past and they have as good shot as anybody this season but the question was great chance??I really see 10-12 teams basically equal on the avg. UNC may have the biggest window for error with their depth and front court. Hopefully they continue their uninspired act....

They haven't looked like it of late, but Cal and Izzo's track record for gelling come March make UK and MSU 2 of the better guesses in my book. OU, UNC, Nova, KU...?

Only willing to pick two at this point, OU and Maryland. Hield and Trimble can just take over and win a game in crunch time.

I wont pick four but the contenders IMO to make it are: KU, OU, Marlyand, UNC, Mich St, Iowa & Duke (if Amile comes back)

My four could change every day until the end of the season. It's that much of a crap shoot, IMO.

I like Oklahoma, but they have some weak spots. I think UNC has the talent and roster, but something seems to be missing (plus we all know how much the refs hate them). Michigan State tends to peak late....but I don't think this is your typical MSU team, either. Maryland has the best starting five, IMO, but I'm not in love with them. Who the hell knows?

Going into the Final Four I do think there may be a favorite, though....because I only see one top seed getting there. It's just ridiculously wide open.

I don't know of any team I feel really confident about to reach the final four. I think if we can overachieve we can cause some noise but probably 25 to 30 teams teams can also.

I'm like DJ, this year is wide open. I think if you make the tourney then you got a chance.

I would love for Duke to enter the tournament as a 3 - 7 seed. They could do some damage from below with a decent Amile.

Haven't seen the Gamecocks, and they are getting little respect despite being 20-3. Looking forward to tonight when they face LSU at 7pm.

Gamecocks have an odd team. We never blow the doors off, but rarely do we relinquish a small lead. The defense and rebounding is top 10. The offense is not great, but we shoot ok when open. With Duke's schedule, they likely have the same record we do.

All good Will......it's all part of being in the OFC.

How about UNC, L-Ville, Syracuse, and (Pick one: UMass, UNLV, Missouri, or Memphis)? Instead of "The Road to the Final Four", it can be the "Street to the Cheat". Oh wait, get SMU in there! (Another OFC moment).

PS: Thanks for your forgiveness.

Sorry Will. Didn't pick up on that one. Haha.

Can they count to 4? That's the operative question.
