Ramey strikes me as being a hot headed, egotistical bully who set himself as nearly (if not fully) equal to the coach in the management of team actions. It boiled over tonight and should be firmly dealt with by the coaching staff. Such demonstration of actions, spurred on by a team member through feelings of personal superiority, is, to me, a roadmap to loss of 'team unity' by the various members who may gravitate to one side or another with a disastrous outcome.
