He’s not stepping down. Rutgers coaches have the easiest jobs in D1. No expectations, no pressure, excuses about no money etc up the wazoo. Have one good season and get a 10 year extension. It’s like taking candy from a baby.

I wouldn't fire him, the season is shot, let him eat all the losses so people focus on him losing and not RU. Should have done the same with Ash. Nobody we can bring in now will change things. But I would fire more than half the support staff (and I would feel bad for them but this is business and they are part of this failure), get it down to the lower end of the B10 and save the money for next year's coach.
