I don't have one, but I am a big "media stick/puck-head" and would advise you to spring for the beefier "puck" version of the Fire TV if you can swing it.

Anyone have this and what is your opinion? Thanks
I have two sticks and they are very nice. You probably get a little quicker response and some additional features out of the puck, but the HDMI stick is really convenient for travel and it is so plug-and-play that you will be up and running in 2 minutes tops. Absolute no-brainer for the price.

Boxes are more reliable than the sticks. Sticks are more travel friendly. But it's not like you aren't able to travel with the boxes, the package just isn't as compact.

Boxes are persnickety sometimes but are overall better quality. I prefer boxes.

Sticks are largely old technology, the smaller the better. I don't have those old school monster tuna can sticks. Like to have one for nostalgia sake.

I've been at my current job for 5 years and I'm thinking of getting the nvidia sheild. Anybody (with over 2 years experience in their current field) have any feedback?
