Why are you in such a hurry? It will just make the same thing happen again 4 years from now. You make it sound like it is just a minor problem that a different coach could correct.
This procedure has been used since the 1960's and it probably will happen again in 3-5 years. Doesn't work-you can't buy your way to success. It takes a lot of patience, hard work and determination and its still not guaranteed .
I will be glad to listen to your explanation as to how your solution of firing the coaches would work.

We will never know will we? Curry probably had the longest tenure of any coach, but could not get it done either. Like I said regardless who you hire and how much you pay him doesn't guarantee success.

Don't think Stoops should be fired just yet. But elliot should've been gone last year. Definitely after USM. It's beyond time for him to go.

You blame that on Gran? His offense the last 6 quarters looked exactly like the same offense under Dawson and Brown here.............. at what point do you realize that Stoops is in full control and the Coord. have to do what he wants?

So was Stoops calling the plays in the first half against USM? Neal Brown's offense put up much better numbers with lesser players and if I remember correctly a lot of people were happy he got the Troy job.
Well consider Stoops had said our offense was scoring too fast and it wore our defense down......... and the last 6 quarters havent looked anything like the first two..... I'd say Stoops had a convo with Gran and tinkered... dont you?
Losing Neal Brown was a huge loss. He's proven time and time again he's a great playcaller.
