I know all the reasons why we shouldn't and I've supported most of them up until today. But the time is now . Why should we give him another year that will turn into a rebuilding year in hopes to rebuild a program again. He's shown after 5 years that he can't get us there. It's time to move on with someone new and give them a chance.
