This was the first one of the year, I believe a day or two before the season began. I was anxious to see how different they would be around this time.

ESPN projects UK as a 4 seed at the start, Gillespie has them on the bubble to even get in, and yet ESPN calls him COY in the SEC. Does not compute.

without seeing any of the teams play, I thought it was a pretty good attempt. We were probably one of the biggest jumps, from one of the "Next Four Out" to a 6 or 7 seed.

I agree. It looks to me like a pretty good projection considering it occurred before any games even tipped. There are obviously a few teams that were way off, but after a cursory glance, I'm pretty impressed.
