It’s not Fitz’s fault. Inflation is so high that a $5M+ salary and a $300M practice facility doesn’t go as far as it used to.
Two maddening 3rd down conversions by the Gophers. On the first, two NU defenders ran into each other. On the second, they checked down to the RB with zero NU players near him. Unbelievable.

If Marty is healthy, it's unacceptable he's not already playing. We have never looked better than when Marty has been our QB. Borderline coaching malpractice.

I don't get it. Why so conservative? Let them return it. Maybe something good will happen.
The guy wanted to stick with a ball control offense, which requires a big offensive line loaded with multiple 4 star recruits, and he couldn't recruit them. Instead he got a bunch of undersized 3 star o linemen. With subpar coordinators, voila you get what you see today. Terrible, just terrible!!! All the strides the program has made for 25 years, all down the drain.
Fitz does NOT trust his players. Even though we dont have explosive players recruited, laying down and putting up white flags on returns doesnt help our awful defense or fitz controlled offense.

From what you’ve seen out of this team so far, I’ll take the 25 yard line all day. I don’t trust them to return it any farther.
