Could this be the night to break the streak?

Minnesota has lost three straight and will be without big man Liam Robbins, their leading rebounder and second-leading scorer, and guard Gabe Kalscheur, a co-captain and their best defender. Plus, leading scorer Marcus Carr has been nursing a sore foot.

The Gophers have won four straight over the Cats.

Beran is back in the starting lineup. Probably because Robbins is out for Minny.

Pretty solid box out by nance and Beran — allowing the Johnson Oboard and putback

Either because Robbins is out or because CC still has dreams he was right about how genius Nance at the 5 and try to run and gun is. I go with CC’s stubbornness

I actually liked that pass from Audige. That was a layup if the players were on the same page. That's the type of thing that chemistry would solve.

Like most people, the Cats don’t appear to be real enthusiastic about a visit to Minnesota in February.

(3 NU turnovers, two Minn Offensive rebounds in the first five minutes. that’s half Minny’s misses.)

It is just insanity that CCC refuses to play Nance and Young together. I’d be happy if I never watched Beran try to post up again.

There’s a solid argument that Young and Nance have been the two best — or at least most reliable — players this season.

Nance not assertive at all. Just a horrendous performance by the team. No one looks like a B10 player.

Down 17-3. 8 turnovers and 1 for 5 shooting. I am tired of reading the arguments or comments by anyone about the talent level of this team.

Yep. Either overrated, regressed due to coaching if so highly ranked, or badly mismanaged if so highly ranked. Which option do you choose?

Now playing with a little more energy.

If Buie starts the first game next year, Collins should be fired on the spot. And I am a Collins supporter.

We’ve struggled with PG play in 90% of our games. What do we have to lose in letting Berry run it? Is there some unwritten rule FR don’t play much at NU? Have some testies

I think appropriately rated, undercoached.

Beilein offered Nance, and clearly loves his game so much.

The main problem with this team is lack of a point guard. Bouie is a turnover machine. The offense functions much better without Bouie in the game. Ryan Greer should be playing Boo’s minutes without question.

This a baaaaad undermanned MN team. Might be the best chance we have to get a W. Nebraska included

Ryan Young continues to be the most misunderstood and under maximized player by CC

We go on a 16-2 run to tie the game, then Minny promptly scored the next 6 points. Good grief!
