We’re down 7-0.It’s not a worse start than in Minneapolis
I think it’s by design. Isolation on left block and let him go to work. 0 for 2 so far.Can someone explain to me why no one ever cuts to the basket when Ryan Young draws that double and sometimes triple team on the block? No one is ever open for him. I don't understand how that's possible. Our guys don't move at all. Is that by design??
With 8 played it’s 9-2. It was 17-3 in MinneapolisWe’re down 7-0.
So yes it is.
I think it’s just the shock of seeing the ball in the low post. Deer in the headlight kind of thingI think it’s by design. Isolation on left block and let him go to work. 0 for 2 so far.
weird lineup out of that TO.
Weirder now with Gaines the nominal 4....
CAPPY! Have we seen Young-Gaines-Audige-Berry-Greer this season?
There are no more excuses this is just not a good team and the talent is not that good when you think the fact that Minnesota is missing two of their best players
OK... I actually saw Buie box somebody out. I feel better now.The next time I see one of our guys box somebody out will be the first.
Young does a pretty good job of that at times. We won our last game on a Young offensive rebound, and he had another nice one this game.OK... I actually saw Buie box somebody out. I feel better now.
We get rebounds, but we don't necessarily box out to get them. In fairness, I think its kind of dying art in college basketball. Guys think they can just outleap everyone for the rebound. But our guys shouldn't think like that.Young does a pretty good job of that at times. We won our last game on a Young offensive rebound, and he had another nice one this game.
Young definitely boxed out for his offensive rebound. He fought for the inside position. He's not out-leaping everyone. We get rebounds, but we don't necessarily box out to get them.
