Well, we’ll see how NU fares against the Nittany Lions this time around.

Last time, Lamar Stevens went off for 30 points as PSU dominated inside in a 78-63 drubbing of NU. The Lions held a 48-18 edge in points in the paint as Michael Watkins went for 18 points and 17 rebounds.

NU’s 2-3 zone should prevent that from occurring again. They may give up some 3s as a result, but PSU isn’t a team that scares you that much from distance.

NU looked pretty good offensively in the second half against Ohio State on Wednesday. And as Dave Eanet just told me, their shots have to stop dropping sooner or later.

Some disappointing news to report: Charlie Hall is back in street clothes.

When we get the ball in Mac’s hands, good things happen. Too many possessions without him being involved.
