Five minutes in and Pardon has two turnovers, two missed field goals, a foul and a missed free throw.

Crap, Falzone still out and likely to miss a couple more games at least which means I won't get to see him when the Cats come to Connecticut this weekend.

Skelly has an alley oop dunk and a put back dunk so far.

Very impressed with NU's defense so far -- though after the under 16 timeout, St. Peter's came out driving to the basket with subs Griffin and Jones and got a couple layups.

Interesting that Ash came in after the first TO.

Should also mention NU's 6 turnovers in the first 10 minutes. Sloppy.

And it's now 15-15, from 11-3.

NU went REALLY small there for a while, with Brown, Gaines, BMac, Ash and Pardon.

St. Peter's is getting to the rim with their guards, especially Griffin and Jones. NU has SEVEN turnovers with 7:44 left in the first half.

It's 17-15 Peacocks.

This is really not acceptable play. If we struggle against these middling teams we are in deep trouble. When is falzon healthy?

Pardon is a turnover machine right now, with four turnovers in 13 minutes, including consecutive possessions.

NU needs to find an answer for Cameron Jones. He came off the bench and ignited the offense with nine points in nine minutes.
