Agree, why do you take a guy out who has all 8 of our points? He was putting pressure on Garza outside and I just wonder why we don’t keep doing that until they stop it.
Of course Young came in with a nice drive to the basket and drew a Garza foul. I think we need to keep throwing people at Garza but think we should’ve let Nance keep after him. No one likes to have his man scoring all the points...
Not to mention the double dribble call when Kopp gets hit by mccafferty, cmon Big Ten!
Cats playing some sloppy ball. Travels? Double dribbles? Rebounds bouncing off Cat hands for an easy Hawkeye basket. Hawks getting some favorable calls.
And still we’re only down 6.
Garza just forearmed Young and the official in a blind spot behind Young calls the foul on Young. Total BS.
Man if only these announcers could talk more about Michigan state and how crazy it is they are 0-3!
Cats gotta commit to rebounding the basketball, box out and crash the boards. The second chance points is the difference in this game right now.
The guard play by the Cats has been a disgrace. Gotta pick it up, guys. Stop the turnovers, make some shots.
We started with very strong D, only allowing a single shot...that’s gotten away from us in a big way. We get that back and we get back in the game.
The turnovers hurt us, but Nance and some timely 3s are keeping us in it. C’mon Cats! 4-0 is within reach.
Yup. We’re shooting 50% but we have 9 turnovers. All things considered, that’s about 6 points right there. These guys need to calm down and make good plays.
