If two opponents meet in second round after both receiving forfeit victories in first round, who gets home game? Is the first round forfeit victory of higher seed considered their home game even though it wasn't actually played?

I think this was covered in another thread but couldn't find it.

The link above didn't work. Here's a copy/paste from the FAQ:
Q. If a team is scheduled for a home game in the playoffs and is awarded a forfeit, will it count as a home game with regard to the playoff hosting policy?
A
. No. A forfeit will not count as a home game for the winning school.

Edit: Edgy's link worked fine, I was referring to the first one.

Not sure I agree with the receive a forfeit, doesn't count as a home game part.
So lower seed, receives a forfeit rd one. And for argument sake, bracket goes by seeds, the 4th seed will play at home vs a 1 seed in the qtrs? Where normally the 1 seed would be at home vs 4 seed since they have had the same number of home games.
Let me know if im mistaken.
TIA
