If Coach Washington does not get to a full roster or close to a full roster this year she should be fired before the season starts.

First year she had 8, which is understandable due to the late hire. BUT....no excuse for only 9 and 10 the next two years. After a few injuries they were often playing with 8 or sometimes 7 available.
