I tried the rivals help and was unable to get any questions answered.
I was just wondering if it's possible to switch from annual to monthly, my subscription recently ended, but I cannot afford to pay the $100 to get the new annual pass. I wouldn't mind going monthly until my economic circumstances change.
It keeps trying to make me re-subscribe to the hundred-dollar annual with no option to go monthly.
I have been a rivals subscriber for 14 years and look forward to continuing for years to come.
Thank you for any assistance.

Can you email this to [email protected]. My guess is you'll have to let your annual fully expire.

Thanks,
