Hey I will be coming in to Lincoln on I 80 tomorrow from the west. What exit should I take to head to O street? Which roads are under water. My son graduates on Saturday.

Just so you are aware Pinnacle Bank Arena and the areas around it (west of 10th Street) is in the flood zone in Lincoln (it's not flooded now) so keep checking back for more information on the situation in Lincoln as it is ever changing.

Avoid 9th and 10th street so take the 27th street exit. Last night traffic was backed up forever on 10th street due to west O re-routing. No rain last night or expected today so I'm going to assume the water level is dropping so things may be back to normal later today.
