I don't think you really realize that Ohio State would be like 13th or 14th in the SEC. And they dog-walked Kentucky.
They lost to Auburn by 38
They lost to Texas A&M by 14 (fully healthy)

Both teams will prepare for the game . Florida will have two extra days because they play on 12/29 and we play on 12/31. They need to travel to Rupp. ESPN still has us favorites to win it by 59%.
The way Sec is this year, we need to be able to hold serve and win the home games. This one is a big one since would be a win over number 6 in the country.
Kentucky wins this one.
I am just hoping the fan’s situation will be solved so we can have a true home court advantage.

We obsess about rankings and numbers and whatnot. At the end of the day, the averages are just that.........averages. You'll have games where we overperform those numbers and ranking and you'll have games where we underperform. Each game is just one specific instance. Anything can happen.
This is why what happened vs OSU has no bearing on this game. Also what happened vs Gonzaga and Duke also have no bearing either.
Bottom line is you just hope to learn about what works and what doesn't work and you continue to get better so you have the greastest possible chance in March.

That’s what I’ve been saying too. I wouldn’t be shocked if we win all our home games and lose almost all the road games. Shooting teams tend to be that way, by and large

Yeah and teams bounce back too. I know they played Valpo between the Auburn and Kentucky games but it was always likely they weren't going to have a repeat performance of that Auburn game.
Exactly. UK beat Bama by it seemed like a 100 points in Rupp last year. It didn’t mean ****.
To me the best case scenario is win all the home games, and find a way to get 2-3 on the road

I can't wait for this game to get here to see how we fare against KY. We have looked really good in a lot of games this season but a lot of the teams we played are not as good as they usually are.

Watched multiple games and you scare the daylights out of me. Still picking the Cats but I think Florida is one of the best 15 teams in the country for sure, may be a touch high atm but good luck
