That was definitely a foul. Slight contact but invaded the shooter's landing space.

Because he jumped INTO the defender. I’ll give you by rule, but man they gotta change that. Eye test says no way that’s a foul. He had enough room to come down but fell down on purpose making it look like he didn’t.
