Just amazes me how some highly successful people will just completely trash their career over a little sexual satisfaction.
They are the human equivalent of a buck crossing 6 lanes of busy interstate while in rut.
****, look at Pitino. Dude is still coaching and many wanted him here! What this guy did is nothing compared to old Squirtino.

Anymore it seems people just throw things out there to see if they can get paid. Burden of proof is on the innocent to prove they are innocent.

When multiple students come forward, and they have messages on Instagram, including pictures and videos….and him sending pictures of them in random places walking or of a place where their car was….that’s pretty easy to prove.

Dude is toast.

I self admittedly don’t know much about this situation, I was speaking in general terms of people’s morality code now days. If they have actual proof good for them to stand up if it really happened. Again, I say if because I don’t know much about what they are claiming.

Wasn't he somebody some on this forum wanted? I think Mitch lucked into the right decision this time. I actually don't think it was luck; I think Pope's intelligence, charm and enthusiasm just won him over.

This is an allegation..the man is not convicted of anything. Let’s wait to see what kind of proof comes out before trashing him
I don't know; he is a competitor. The more competitive thing would be to trash him and, if he turns out innocent, we can then apologize. I may not be serious here...but I can't say for sure.

While that's true, the post does have images of a formal complaint. That's usually more that just rumors if there's a paper trail started. Now, it could be just unfounded allegations, but if there's a Title IX investigation afoot, there's more than just smoke.

I don’t know, at least Pitino did it with a willing partner. This guys is accused of stalking women and sending them unwanted pictures of his junk, including showing up to their work or places they would be. That’s some psychopath stuff. What Pitino did was certainly wrong and dirty and I don’t agree with it morally for numerous reasons.

It’s all in the articles about the situation. This isn’t two people in a he said/she said situation. This is a married man who has been sending naked pictures and videos to students at the university where he’s employed. Even scarier/creepier is that he would see these students on campus without they knowledge, take a picture of them and then send it to them.

Aside from being stupid, it sounds like he has some serious issues.

True. I should’ve read it through before commenting.
I was involved in a case many years ago when a fellow student accused a teacher of misconduct. It wasn’t true …I ended up testifying for said teacher because this girls witness (claimed she saw it) told me that they made it up to get back at him. I now have a tendency to be cautious about automatically believing allegations without all the facts

This looks very bad. And the man should lose everything

Oh I agree. He's technically innocent until proven otherwise. However, when it comes to employment, while due process is proper and just, if there's even a minute speck of truth, he's done, especially considering he has a position of authority over student athletes and probably has a morality cluse in his contract.

When I was in education several moons ago, we had a couple of rules for student teachers and anyone involved with students.

1. Don't touch the girls/boys
2. If you have to think about if something could be misconstrued? Don't do it.

He is going to lose at least $20 million in the next 5 years. Extrapolate that out another 10-15 years…damn. Sounds like he is one sick stalker, pervert, etc. if he was bold enough to do this to unwilling young ladies, I’ would bet there are some others he had success with.
