Well it won't be NJ's own 177th Fighter Wing out of Atlantic City (actually Galloway) Jersey Devil's and their F-16C Fighting Falcons. Most were deployed to the Middle East last week.

Yes "while a flyover by the New Jersey National Guard" leaves a bunch of options. Air or Army?
Anything from Blue Zoomies in their shiny jets to Chopper Boys and their olive drab Helos.
Could be the Guard isn't committing to any particular airframe showing up?
In terms of an aircraft I have not seen up close before I wonder about the KC-46. I know, not sexy and basically an airliner repurposed as a gas pump. Assume something that big can't get nearly as close as the Chinooks and Blackhawks.

There are no C-5's at JBMDL. C-17's and KC-46's. C-5's are from Dover.
