Was hoping for Houston but hell… on to the Illini and it’s going to be a tall task as we lost to these FIBS… I am hoping they throw the kitchen sink at them as we have nothing to lose and everything to gain… remember…we aren’t “supposed to be here” FOOK THE ILLINI!

Cut it to 4 with 1 minute..stirtz missed a layup and illini hung on.

They shot slightly better from arc.

Illinois has crapped the bed in the NCAAs too many times to count and several times completely broke my bracket.

They need to keep it up. They owe me.

I posted similar comments in other threads but, yes, I agree with the previous comments posted here.

We are peaking at the right time. Our team right now is much better than it was then. Illinois has a lot more to prepare for.

Its a neutral court and we have nothing to lose.

I believe we have a real shot at this if we continue to play like we have so far in the tourney.

Illinois is very good, and it won't be easy, but I like our chances.

I had forgotten all about the players - sickness thing. That's interesting.

Would like to see us surprise them with some unexpected up-tempo at times. That seemed to work, in limited fashion, early-on vs Florida.
