A whistleblower files a complaint. The IG alerts the DNI that this complaint is both serious and credible. In the complaint, the POTUS ask Ukraine to provide information on a political opponent (illegal). Not only that, the POTUS tells Ukraine to work with his personal attorney, not a federal employee, not employed by any federal agency, and work with the US Attorney General.

The DNI brings it to the attention of the US Attorney General. The US Attorney General says the equivalent of eh, no big deal. We are not providing a copy of it to Congress.

WTF? Holy ****, this guy is corrupt. He needs to go down with the others. Not only is he corrupt, he is a moron.

When you distort truth, it makes it easy to paint your narrative. When you stick to facts, your nonsense falls apart.

The complainant says in said complaint he doesn't have firsthand knowledge, and links news reports.

You should sit this one out.

You nuts are going to end up getting more than you bargained for. Why do you think Trump wanted the DNC server info from the Ukrainians? Trump has every right to ask leaders about corruption....and the AG is the head of the DOJ. Maybe we'll find out who the real culprits are in the Russian meddling mess.

I can't wait for the Senate trial on the House impeachment of Trump if they do it. You folks are going to get your asses handed to you.

Of course it will. They have 218 by head count already.

If the Speaker is willing to bring it to the floor -- if the Articles of Impeachment get out of Committee..... a majority of people saying "yeah I'd vote for it" it not how legislative process works. Don't assume Nancy Pelosi will bring it to the floor.... don't assume articles of Impeachment will make it out of committee.

It would take a lot more than "1 or 2 Republicans" to remove him.... I'd recommend you read The U.S. Constitution Article I, Section 3, Clause 6

Hey dumbass, I know that. You might want to follow along the entire thread. Post 18. Why did you even come here being so f'ucking stupid? You're embarrassing yourself.

I don't actually believe you have read the Constitution? Based on your posts here today.... in multiple threads. In addition to some assigned reading on the Constitution I would add Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. (1 Cranch) 137 (1803) to your homework assignment!

Is he in anyway part of the official campaign? As long as he is firewalled off from the campaign, not a crime.

Not really. Any reasonable person would say that Giuliani works on behalf of Trump for his political interests. Whether he is paid by the campaign or not is irrelevant. However, if another entity pays him for these services and that is not reported as a campaign contribution, it is likely a gross violation of campaign finance law.
