Those are really good numbers for a head coaching transition year. Got to hand it to both Petrino and Satterfield for that 965 number.

Petrino also did a very good job maintaining the high APR average he inherited from Charlie Strong in his second stint as our coach. The 984 average was in the 80+ percentile, just a little below the NCAA outstanding performance recognition level.

Those numbers are nothing short of amazing considering all the coaching changes. It means the kids did their part in the classroom and didn't allow the 'transitions' to distract them. Gives me hope and faith for our worlds future.

This is testament to the fact that we have a great bunch of kids. They could have simply slacked off to barely get by academically but instead they did their work.
