Word is he has bad health issues. He told me when we found out Crest and Catholic were going to play that he would come down and grab a bite before the game but he hasn't responded since we last talked.
Maybe CatholicCougs14 can give us an update on him. He was one of a kind. He loved his cougars.
I'll get up with Lee and see what's going on with his health! It's definitely not like him not to post about CC since they are in the playoffs.
I miss that dude! And, we both have a strong dislike for all things related to Montgomery County!!!

Footsoldier has had major health issues. Has not been to a CC game since roughly 2019. Miss him on these boards and at games. What a good man. Anyone who has met him would say the same.

That breaks my heart. Just a fun guy. He came over and sat with us several times when EG and CC were in the same conference. We returned the favor a few times at CC. CC remains one of my favorite places to attend a HS game.
Yes. When I was covering Elijahās recruitment, Vee told me our guys were big timer hitters and he had never been hit that hard.
We made it to 2A West finals losing to Monroe and Richard Huntley in OT.
FootSoldier always cracked me up.
Saw Richard Huntley vs Maiden in the playoffs. He did everything that game until he got dinged up and then it was over for Monroe. He is one of the best HS players I saw play.
Back in 2004 I was heading toward Duke University.... we were playing SWO and Catholic was playing Western Alamance...My bud and I were riding down I40 and came upon a ford ranger running about 40.... As I pulled alongside the truck I looked over and this dude was turning up an airplane bottle just having himself a time... I told my bud, "wouldnt it be funny if that was footsoldier"
He found us at Duke and sure enough it was him..... Good dude...Praying he is doing better, Lee is a good dude period and just laughed at all his nonsense on here....

He made me so mad when I first got on here.
We were very close friends! I was on the chaincrew at AL Brown! Lee was telling me about a players parents coming to the game. We were playing CC at home. His mother was just out of the hospital and couldn't walk too far. He asked if I could get his parents in through the back gate so they didn't have to walk so far. After talking to Coach Massey he approved letting them in the back gate. If they had to park and walk into the game. They couldn't come just getting out of the hospital.
